The Sermon on the Mount

Worship Series | Small Group Study | Home Study(January 18 to March 22, 2026)
The Gospel of Matthew is our focus in worship for the first half of 2026 and starting on Sunday January 18, we’ll begin a ten-week exploration of Jesus’ most famous teaching in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew chapters 5-7).

For more details, click HERE.

A small group study on each week’s section of the Sermon on the Mount will be offered in the large Sunday School room after Sunday worship from 12:00 to 12:45 pm.

‘You Are Enough’ Seminar

Our friends from Ancaster Village Church (AVC) will be hosting a seminar here at the St. Andrew’s building led by Jonathan Puddle on his book ‘You Are Enough: Learning to Love Yourself the Way God Loves You.’  The seminar will invite people on a journey to understand how trauma and shame block us from enjoying God’s love.  It will run Friday Jan. 16 from 6:30-9:30pm and Saturday Jan 17, from 9:30am-1:00pm.  For more details or to sign-up click HERE.

200th Anniversary Events

St. Andrew’s is celebrating its 200th Anniversary throughout 2026. Over the course of the year, we have planned several Anniversary Events and Projects.

Events:
Heritage Sunday – June 14, 2026
Anniversary Weekend – October 24 & 25, 2026

Projects:
200th Anniversary Quilt
Anyone can prepare a square for this project, even if you’re a quilter (no sewing required). A workshop will be held early in the year to provide instruction and support. If you’re interested or have questions, please contact Laura Doull (doulllau@hotmail.com) or Karen St. Aubin (karen.staubin33@gmail.com).

Restoration of the Griffin Stone
This is the grave marker for Enerals and Priscilla Griffin. To learn more about the Griffins,  go HERE.  Restoration work will begin in the spring of 2026.

Steeple Restoration (Already Completed)
This project has ensured the preservation of the steeple housing the oldest item in the building, our bell, which dates back to 1835.
