We continue our series on the women in Jesus’ family tree with one final week in the Book of Ruth. The conclusion of the story of Ruth, Naomi and Boaz brings an outcome better than anyone could have expected from the tragedy that began the story. This causes us to reflect on how God is more gracious and generous than we expect and how God brings blessing when people respond to his extravagant grace by also going above and beyond what’s expected.
